The college strives for quality and excellence, to be a beacon of teacher preparation in Egypt and the Arab world, and to be a cultural and intellectual center for society, a leader for change, and a title for progress. Therefore, the college has been working hard to obtain a prestigious position and a high reputation, to be the most distinguished and most creative in the fields of education, scientific research and community service, by providing a suitable academic environment for students; Its goal is to nurture creativity, excellence and innovation in all fields, with financial and moral support.

The Faculty of Education at the Afro-Asian University has a good reputation for student interest. In its “Strategic Plan” (2023-2030), the College adopted the slogan “Change Leaders”, which was reflected in shaping its identity and defining its roles. This slogan appeared in the contents of its “conceptual framework”. Its vision is “leadership and educational excellence to build a vibrant society”. It was represented in “leading change by preparing distinguished educational practitioners and developing them professionally and in research, presenting solid educational programs and research, and implementing effective community partnerships”. Conducting educational research that leads national development, enriches human knowledge, and builds effective community partnerships that contribute to sustainable development.
